Shipping Terms and Conditions: 

  1. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. Processing times are located on the banner of our website and occasionally as a tick box at checkout, by accepting this, you agree to our processing times.
  2. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Express post will only speed up delivery times, not processing times.
  3. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by Australia Post, couriers or customs.
  4. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. 
  1. Your order cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been made or shipped. 
  1. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately. We will initiate a claim with the relevant courier and request a refund or replacement for your item. Please refer to our terms and conditions for items that arrive broken from a courier. 
  1. We are not responsible for any additional costs or damages incurred as a result of the delayed or lost shipment. 
  1. These shipping terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and the most current version will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions before placing an order. 
  1. By placing an order with us, you agree to these shipping terms and conditions. 

Damaged / Lost Orders:

  1. We take great care in packaging fragile items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the event that an item arrives broken or is lost during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery. Failure to report the issue within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
  2. Please provide clear photos of the damage to the item and the packaging, as well as description of the issue. This information will be used to determine the appropriate course of action.
  3. If it is determined that the damage occurred during transit and not after arrival, we will initiate a claim with the courier and request a refund or replacement for your item. Please note that we may require additional information or documentation from you to complete the claim process.
  4. We cannot guarantee that the courier will approve the claim, but we will do our best to ensure a satisfactory resolution for you. Please understand that we are not responsible for any delays or denials of claims by the courier
  5. If a replacement item is unavailable or out of stock, we will offer a refund or credit towards a future purchase. We will communicate with you regarding the available options
  6. We are not responsible for any additional costs or damages incurred as a result of the broken or damaged item, including but not limited to lost wages, lost profits, or shipping fees. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
  7. If the item is damaged or lost during transit, we will cover the cost of shipping for any replacement items.
  8. This policy does not cover damage or loss resulting from negligence or misuse of the item, in particular, fragile items.
