Do I get to preview my order before it’s shipped?

Some of our products will have a checkbox for you to choose whether you'd like to preview your design before it's posted. 

If you choose to, you will receive a draft for your approval prior to your order being made within 5 business days so please ensure you check your junk mail. Proofs that are not approved within 5 days will be automatically shipped in order to meet deadlines and avoid disappointment. 

Acrylic items with live previews will not be sent for approval.

Are you able to change the wording on your designs?

Yes of course, however, please take into consideration the amount of text you’d like compared to the design listed.

How long will it take before my order will arrive? 

As all items are personalised especially for you, our recommendation is to allow 7-14 business days for your items to be designed, created and packaged. Then additional time for postage.

Please allow additional time during seasonal periods such as Easter and Christmas.

How will I know when my order has been posted?  

A courtesy email will be sent to you, so please check your junk mail.

Can I pick up? 

Yes, pick up is available. At checkout please choose the pick up option. Pick up is from Prestons NSW (near Liverpool).

How much is postage?

We find that best practice and value for you is calculated shipping, which means, you will only pay the cost to cover the postage. You can the option of tracked and express post. 

Please note that breakage items are carefully packed and bubble wrapped in-house, if breakages occur you may need to contact Aus Post and request a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! 

What are my payment options? 

We accept Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Paypal, Zippay Afterpay payments.

So you’ll be able to spoil the ones you love, party now & pay later with AfterPay.

I've changed my mind, can I have a refund or exchange?

I want you to be super happy with your order and therefore you can change your order prior to the design process, email me at chrystal@serendipitydesigncorner.com.au ASAP to confirm whether your order can be amended. 

If your order has already been designed but hasn't made it to production, we charge a 20% design cancellation fee.

If your order is already in production, we are no longer able to provide a refund of exchange as all our items are personalised especially for you!
