Do I get to preview my order before it’s shipped?

Most definitely! If you have ordered a personalised item, you will receive a draft for your approval prior to your order being made within 3 business days so please ensure you check your junk mail. Proofs that are not approved within 5 days will be automatically shipped in order to meet deadlines and avoid disappointment. We will not be responsible for any errors that may occur if we are unable to contact you.

Are you able to change the wording on your designs?

Yes of course, however, please take into consideration the amount of text you’d like compared to the design listed.

How long will it take before my order will arrive?

As all items are personalised especially for you, our recommendation is to allow 7 business days for your items to be designed, created and packaged. Then additional time for postage.

However, personalised stationery such as stickers, labels and pop top labels are usually able to be processed much quicker and within 5 business days.

How will I know when my order has been posted?

A courtesy email will be sent to you, so please check your junk mail. 

How much is postage?

We find that best practice is calculated shipping, which means, you will only pay the cost to cover the postage. You also have the option for tracked and untracked postage. Please note that if you opt for untracked shipping, I am unable to track your order either

* Stickers, chocolate wrappers, pop top labels ($4 untracked, $8 tracked)

* Gifts such as mugs, chopping boards, keepsake boxes ($10 tracked, $15 express)

Please note that breakage items are carefully packed and bubble wrapped in-house, if breakages occur you may need to contact Aus Post and request a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Australia.

Can you print our business logo or change the images / wording on your lolly bags, stickers or pop top labels?

Absolutely, we receive many requests for corporate and social businesses for our personalised lolly bags, stickers, chocolate wrappers & wine labels.

What are my payment options?

We accept Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Paypal & Afterpay payments.

So you’ll be able to spoil the ones you love, party now & pay later with AfterPay.

I’ve changed my mind, can I have a refund or exchange?

I want you to be super happy with your order and therefore can change your order prior to the approval process, email me at chrystal@serendipitydesigncorner.com.au

As orders are made especially for you there are no refunds or exchanges on items purchased.
