I have ordered two keepsake boxes with Serendipity Design Corner! They are such beautiful quality. You can really see the eye for detail and quality in their work. I have one for both of my daughters, matching fonts but different picture, and they have been ordered 2.5 years apart. Both times the product has been delivered so promptly with great communication too. I really appreciated seeing the design mock up and then I can triple check everything (especially when there is baby brain happening).

Not only is the overall product beautifully made. And can tell it’s had so much love and effort put into it.
The customer service was INCREDIBLE!
We had a slight issue. That was resolved extremely quickly with a very professional and fast response! Not only was the product replaced and sent free of charge. I was asked if I could pay it forward if I could. Now what company does that these days? No company at all! Usually you’d have to wait weeks for a response and even longer for it to be resolved. I will be coming back in the future! And I cannot wait to gift this to my daughter for Christmas.
