1. No Refunds for Change of Mind:
Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
We encourage customers to double-check all customisation details before placing an order to ensure accuracy. However, if you have placed an order and notice an error in your order notes, please get in touch with us at email@example.com as soon as possible to rectify. If your order is not in production, we will try our best to make the necessary changes.
2. Refunds or Remakes for Damaged or Faulty Items:
While we take great care in packing our items securely, we acknowledge the unpredictability of the transit process. In the unfortunate event of breakage during transit, kindly contact us within 48 hours. For more information on our shipping returns process, please refer to our Shipping Terms and Conditions.
In the rare event that your order is incorrect due to an error from us, we will work with you to have this replaced and re-shipped immediately.
3. Customer Responsibility After Unpacking:
Upon unpacking your item(s), we kindly request customers to assume responsibility for any breakages that may occur. Care cards are included with most of our products, offering guidance on handling fragile items, such as our mirror name plaques, wishing wells and other keepsakes. Please be careful with your products as acrylic can break if it has been dropped. Additionally, mirror acrylic can scratch easily, please avoid using any harsh cloths that may scratch the acrylic.
